performance in the frame of the artistic exchange project enCOUNTERs, 2015 | Group exhibition and performances | CCA, Tel Aviv & Künstlerhaus Mousonturm Frankfurt a.M.

The performance gathers the audience in a system of changing voices, languages and locations. Developed from collaborative tasks and interviews, as well as from the artist's observations, the focus shifts from the performers' military experiences, through aspects of botany, to questions about observation, sharing, and memory.

​

In an intimate situation with the audience, the respective political and personal focus of the performance grows and disappears over the course, raising questions about submissiveness and subjectivity, territory and mythology, body and attention. Can we perceive what we see? Can we talk about what we encounter - what we remember?
